Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 July 2026

Neonida is an independent, unofficial fan project for players of Grand Theft Auto VI. We try to collect as little as possible, and we’ll always be straight with you about it. This page explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. It’s written for UK GDPR; if you’re in the EU the same rights apply.

Who we are

Neonidais run by an individual fan (the “data controller”), not a company, and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two. For any privacy question or request, email corrections@neonida.com.

What we collect, and why

Who else processes your data

Any ads on our guide pages are contextual— matched to the page you’re reading, never to you. We never sell your data or track you across sites.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and we’ll clear the waitlist a reasonable time after launch once it’s served its purpose. On-device data stays until you clear it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time — just email corrections@neonida.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Children

This is a general-audience information site and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 13; if you believe a child has given us their email, contact us and we’ll remove it.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top. Material changes affecting the waitlist will be noted to subscribers.
